Lake Panorama Association Board of Directors

The Lake Panorama Association Board of Directors is the governing board for the LPA. Members serve staggered three-year terms. The Board makes the basic policy for the LPA, approves budgets, sets and approves rules and regulations, and oversees the financial condition of the organization. The Board employs a General Manager of the Association to oversee the day-to-day operations, prepare budgets, and employ staff to carry out the directives of the board. Currently 14 full-time employees, 4 dredging operators and 12 part-time employees are engaged in doing the many tasks required at the Lake.

Board members serve 3-year terms and may only serve two consecutive terms. Board members also sit on various committees with representative LPA members.

New members elected in 2008 are Kane Powell and Ron Morden (re-elected).
