Boat Registration
A valid state boat registration for 2007-2010 will be required for all boats. A copy of the state registration must be provided to the LPA Office before a boat sticker can be issued.
Note: The name appearing on the registration must be the same as the deed to your property! No exceptions. No registration, no sticker.
Personal watercraft operators under the age of 18, whether accompanied by an adult or not, need to pass and have in their possession, the basic boating certification as required by the Iowa Legislature and the LPA Board.

Members may register only 2 boats per membership over 10 horsepower. Maximum boat length is 24' (which includes extensions such as swim platforms), pontoon length is 26'. No boat that has an engine displacement in excess of 5.8 liter / 351 mag. C.I. will be registered. No 2 cycle personal watercraft that has an engine in excess of 130hp / 1100cc., shall be registered or permitted to operate on Lake Panorama. Also, no 4 cycle personal watercraft that has engine displacement in excess of 185 HP/ 1500 c.c. will be allowed.
LPA is now offering automatic withdrawal for payment of dues and assessments, boats, etc. Call the Office to receive the details.

The Rules and Regulations state Dues and Assessments must be current before the registration of boats, campers, golf course, etc., can be completed. If you have any questions regarding the enclosed invoice, please contact the Office. Dues and Assessments can be paid and all registrations can be done through the mail if the LPA Office has the correct information for completing the registrations.
