| This committee is composed of Board members who oversee the investing of LPA funds and who audit LPA procedures in handling financial matters.

| This Committee is an independent committee of LPA members who hear appeals from other members who have received fines or penalties. The committee is the final authority on appeals and is part of the “due process” procedure for members.
