Dues and Assessments and New Member Fees
As of January 1, 2008, new owners will be charged a $100 property transfer fee to be collected at closing. New owners of property with water hook-ups are charged a $75 water fee. These fees are one-time fees that assist in costs relating to new ownership--data collection and updates, software, time, and meter readings and meter checks.
LPA is now offering automatic withdrawal for payment of dues and assessments, boats, etc. Call the Office to receive the details.
The Rules and Regulations state Dues and Assessments must be current before the registration of boats, campers, golf course, etc., can be completed. If you have any questions regarding dues and assessments, please contact the Office. Dues and Assessments can be paid and all registrations can be done through the mail if the LPA Office has the correct information for completing the registrations.
