Making Reservations for Shelters and the Clubhouse
PANORAMA WEST COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE RESERVATIONS
Lake Panorama West Community Clubhouse is available for rent to all LPA Members. The cost of reserving the Clubhouse is $50.00 and nonrefundable. A maximum of two reservations per member per year is allowed. All arrangements must be made through the LPA Office. LPA member groups may meet at the Clubhouse without charge. Contact the office for details.
Calling the LPA Office for reservations may reserve the shelter houses at the three beaches. The reservation will be confirmed by placing a $50.00 damage deposit. The damage deposit will be returned after the day of the reservation if the area is free of litter and no damage is done. Each member is entitled to two reservations per year. If a reservation is not displayed at a shelter house then the rule of first comes, first serve applies. Members wishing to cancel a reservation must do so in advance or no check will be returned.
